The Berri Barmera Council has developed a Strategic and Corporate Plan for the future management of the council pursuant to Section 122 of the Local Government Act 1999, which is subject to Public Consultation.

The Strategic and Corporate Plan provides for future sustainability of the council, its area and the wider region. The plan provides a Strategic Planning framework which is underpinned by a clear Vision, Mission and Corporate Objectives that form the basis of council's future approaches to conducting our "business". The plan also establishes a policy basis to council's Business Activities, Community Service Obligations, Governance and Management, Functional and Organisational Structure, Organisational Culture and Regional Involvement.
