The Berri Barmera Council's principal office is located at 19 Wilson Street, Berri, South Australia. The office is open to the public between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

For the convenience of ratepayers, an office is also located at the Barmera Library Barwell Avenue, Barmera, with opening hours being on Mondays from 9.30 am to 1pm and Tuesday to Friday between 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.
