Recycling is coming to the Berri Barmera Council!

Strategic Target

"In 2025 the Berri Barmera Council shall be part of one regional community, which is sustainable, growing and prosperous, where residents are enjoying a lifestyle and environment second to none."

To achieve the above vision Berri Barmera Council have implemented a number of strategies, one in particular to address the issues around waste and recycling. In order to develop a community that recycles, in turn reducing landfill, Council is providing services that support and educate how to Recycle Right. This website will feature hints and tips to make the transition easier and even links to other websites for all the recycling enthusiasts out there! The Recycle Right Kerbside Waste Collection flyer is quick and simple to use where you will find what can and what cannot be placed in each of the three bins. It is even colour coded and printable for your convenience!
