Come and see working sheep dogs in action during this five day event, including the spectacle Running of the Sheep in Barmera's Main Street.
The Sheep Dog Trial is held from 5 - 9th June 2024 at the Barmera Oval.
The Sheepdog Trials don't only provide a great public spectacle but also promote a wide human interest in the working sheepdog amongst sheep breeders and the general public and encourage, develop and maintain a high standard of working sheepdog.
These trials showcase the bond and trust that exists between the handler and their dog as they partake in different challenges to test the dogs skills.
Don't miss the RFDS Running of the Sheep through Barmera's main street, Barwell Avenue on Saturday 8 June from 10am.
