Berri Barmera Council's staff and management work for and on behalf of the community and implement policies and directions set by the Council and its members.

Berri Barmera Council is made up of employees who come from a variety of disciplines and backgrounds, we are able to create a richly diverse work environment which allows people the opportunity for growth and career progression.

Our main office is situated in Berri, along with our two libraries and the Visitor Information Centre.

Our senior staff continually strive to build a workplace that encourages innovation and participation whilst living out Core Values.
