We know many people may be facing financial hardship during this uncertain time.  If you are experiencing financial hardship due to COVID-19, please give us a call to discuss how we can support you.

We will support you to organise a payment arrangement specific to your financial circumstances.

As a start, Council are waiving all fines and interest, for payments not made by the due date until 31 August 2020, at which time the situation will be reviewed.

Rate Remission Policy

As part of the Annual Business Plan, Council has adopted the Rate Remission Policy.  This policy is in addition to all other rebates and concessions available on Council Rates and applies to some pension concession holders and self-funded retirees (eligibility criteria apply).
