Annual Business Plan
Berri Barmera Council’s Annual Business Plan and Budget 2026/27 sets out the key services, priorities and projects for the year ahead that Council proposes to deliver on behalf of the community.
The emphasis of this year’s draft Annual Business Plan is to finely balance the return to financial sustainability, delivering essential services and high priority strategic projects while focusing on addressing the backlog of maintenance and renewal of community assets.
The Annual Business Plan was adopted the Ordinary Meeting of Council held on the 30 June 2026.
What we heard
Community consultation is an important part of ensuring our plans reflect the needs and priorities of our region. We appreciate everyone who contributed their feedback, which has been considered alongside Council's strategic priorities and financial responsibilities.
