Hire fees
The fees vary for each venue, including hire costs, equipment costs, and security deposits. Indicative fees and charges may be found here, however, it is best to discuss your needs with our Events Team to determine specific costs.
Community Groups may be eligible for a discounted rate.
Hire conditions
Please note that most of our venues require hirers to provide proof of $20 million public liability insurance. Please contact Council's Property Officer to discuss insurance options on
Council has the right to refuse the hire of any facility or place additional conditions at its discretion. Not limited to requesting additional information and evidence of permits or licencing, security or additional risk management mitigation to high risk activities.
