Rainbow Serpent

This artwork was designed by local artist Mark Reynolds and depicts the Rainbow Serpent traveling through the earth, as told in Aboriginal cultural Dreaming stories, as it created the water ways and land formations during the time of creation.
The art piece was painted using chameleon paints that refract and shift colour as visitors and public pass by, giving the illusion of movement.
Stage one of the project was completed in 2015 and further works are currently in progress.
